Cancellation Policy *

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: May result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
No access or lockout: If we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time or are turned away at the door, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged.

Personal Items Pickup *

The customer is responsible for picking up and securing personal items such as clothing, toys, tools, and other similar items before the cleaning team's arrival. Nook n Cranny is not responsible for the loss or damage of uncollected personal items.

Furniture *

For cleaning furniture and other bulky items, the customer must provide a clear space around them. Otherwise, the cleaning team will only clean the accessible areas around the furniture.
